Every human entity has to pass through the first-day moments in the school, from teachers to tiny tots. We teachers anticipated already a loud chaos before students arrive, as they were very new to the environment of SBV on 29th May, 2019. We received them at 9.30 am. from their parents, who were equally worried, to a closed door auditorium 2. We made sure that everything is in place (toys, balls, puppets etc.). But once I saw the faces of tiny tots in the obsessed mood for leaving their dear parents, we took a deep breath and started to build a good rapport by giving them hugs like a mother to create a comfortable atmosphere for them. Teachers told a story to divert them from their obsession and sang some rhymes for them while drawing some interesting figures on the blackboard related to rhymes. In addition to that, we made a nice attractive craft work which was included a nice garden where plenty of caterpillars are moving, which were symbolic to our children. In between our beloved chairman Sir, Sri. Gopalkrishna Hegde visited the venue. The day was really eventful.
